Selling in a slower market

The Flathead Beacon put Kalispell at a median 138 days to sell in February 2026, up from 128 a year earlier, at a median sale price of $552,500. A house priced ahead of that market sits, then chases it down.

As your agent I start with the comparable sales: what has actually closed near you, what condition it was in, what it had that you do not, and what you have that it did not. That market analysis is how we set a list price together.

Then I tell you what I see, including when the number you want is not in the recent sales. You may disagree. It is your house and your decision, and I will work the listing either way.
